Ada Annette Askew Payne was born on November 30, 1976, to Betty Frazier Askew and Anthony Askew in Camden, Arkansas. She departed this life on April 24, 2023, at Ouachita Medical Center in Camde, Arkansas.

Ada married Brandon Payne and to this union three children was born: Jaylynn, Barbara and Tatyana.

She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Askew.

She is survived by her children: Jaylynn Askew Payne of Camden, Arkansas, Barbar Payne and Tatyana Richardson both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her mother: Betty Askew, two brother: Anthony Askew, Jr, and Michael Askew and three sisters: Patricia Askew, Evelyn Frazier Askew and Cora Askew ; two grandchildren: Elaiylah Phillips and Jaseari Askew, and other relatives and friends.
