Albert Ray McIntosh was born August 08, 1941, in Chidester, Arkansas to the late Bennie and Mae Helen Couch McIntosh Sr. He was the sixth child of nine children.

He departed this life on March 12, 2018 (3 PM) at Pine Hill Rehabilitation, Camden, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Bennie Sr. and Mae Helen Couch McIntosh, three brothers; Malachi, Bennie Jr., and Harvey McIntosh and one sister, Lula Mae McIntosh Cage.

He leaves to mourn three sisters; Dorothy (Samson) Dixon of Smackover, Arkansas, Lou Carter of Chidester, Arkansas and Earnestine McIntosh of Los Angeles, California. One brother, W.D. (Carolyn) McIntosh of Las Vegas, Nevada and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
