Obituary

In Honor of Anthony Pacman Askew

Anthony was a great father, husband, brother, son and friend, he would give you his last if you needed it.  He always protected and provided for his family.  He was always the life of the party and always made whoever crossed his path felt loved.

Anthony passed away on November 9, 2023, in Tulsa Oklahoma at the age of 42 years old.  He was born February 12, 1981, to Betty and the late Anthony Askew Sr.

Anthony grew up in Amy, Arkansas and later moved to Camden, Arkansas.  He was a God-fearing man and accepted Christ at a very young age.

In 2006, Anthony was welcomed into fatherhood. In 2009, he was blessed with a second son.  In 2014, Anthony met and fell in love with his best Friend and gained two bonus children that he loved as his own.  In 2018, Anthony and Courtney were married, he did any and everything to make sure she was happy.  He was definitely a family man and would do anything for them.  Anthony loved cars, music and spending time with family.  You always knew when he was coming, you would hear him before you seen him.  Anthony was a man that wore many hats.  He could do anything in the eyes of his wife, kids and those who knew him.  He left a mark in this world.

Anthony memory will forever live on by his wife Courtney Askew, five children: Anthony Askew Jr, Jorden Askew, Decourtney Curley, Dequioa Curley and a god daughter Kamree.  Three sisters, Evelyn Frazier-Askew, Patricia Askew, Cora Askew all from Camden, Arkansas. One brother, Michael Askew and his mother Betty Askew of Camden, Arkansas.
