Charles Neal was born October 1, 1945, in Camden, Arkansas to the late Faymond Neal and Bessie Lee Neal Hanley. He preceded in death by his stepfather John Wesley Hanley and sister, Esteree Johnson. He departed this life January 20, 2019, at Happy Valley Home, Malvern, Arkansas.

He was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Camden, Arkansas. He was employed for many years at Ouachita County Hospital.

He was a great Guitar Musician for the church under the leadership of the late Supt. R. L. Harbor.

He united in Holy Matrimony to the late Florene Hardiman Harris, to this union three children were born.

He leave to cherish his memories a loving mother, Bessie Lee Hanley, Camden, Arkansas ; one daughter Sandra Neal, Camden, Arkansas; two sons, Patrick Neal, Prescott, Arkansas, and Mark Neal, Dallas, Texas; one brother, Bobby Joe Hanley, and one sister, Mattie Ruth Harbor both of Camden, Arkansas; one grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2019, at Williams Funeral Home, 504 North Adams, Camden, Arkansas from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
