Christine Billingly was born to the parents of Kattie Jackson Billingly and Louie Billingly March 18, 1928. She made her transition on February 28, 2024, at Ouachita County Medical Center.

She attended Union Grove High School and completed the 10th grade was A student. She was a member of Velie Church of God In Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents,2 sisters and 5 brothers.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving sister-in-law May Helen Down Billingly, 12 nephews, 3 nieces a host of cousins and many friends.
