Doris Alexander was born June 20, 1960, to Joe Nathan Jones and Ammie Jones Kimble in ElDorado, Arkansas.

She departed her life on June 21, 2022, at Ouachita County Medical Center.

She accepted Christ at a young age and later joined Greater Love C.O.G.I.C where she attended until her health failed.

She graduated in 1978 from Camden High School and attended UAPB in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

She worked as a Social Worker in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and later moved to Camden, Arkansas and became a CNA for 17 yrs.

Preceded in death by her foster parents: Roy and Mary Randall, her husband: Lloyd Alexander, Sr., her step-father: Joseph Kimble, Sr., three sisters: Renetta Jones, Joann Jones Williams, and Geneva Jones. Grandparents: Jeffie and J.C. Welch, Alice Kimble, Mattie Mae Flowers and a great nephew Alex (AJ) Hicks, Jr.

Doris leaves in loving memories her mother: Ammie Jones Kimble of ElDorado, Arkansas and her father: Joe Nathan Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas; mother-in-law: Classie Cooper of Arlington, Texas; one son Tychicus Alexander of Camden, Arkansas; one bonus son: Lloyd Alexander, Jr (Marissa), of San Bernardino, California, two bonus daughters: Christie Smith of Camden, Arkansas and Yolanda Alexander of San Bernardino, California, two bonus granddaughters: and two bonus grandsons of San Bernardino, California; three sisters: Regina Jones Williams (Alvin) of Little Rock, Arkansas: Frances Kimble Ganter (Durian) of ElDorado, Arkansas and Bettie Kimble of Sherwood, Arkansas; three brothers: Vernon Jones of Sacramento, California; Joseph Kimble, Jr.,(Angela) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Thomas Kimble (Terrell) of ElDorado, Arkansas one brother-in-law: Willie Alexander (Diane) of Arlington, Texas and two sister-in-laws Gertha Browning and Catheryn Cheeks both of Camden, Arkansas. And host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
