Gentle Lee Hill was born February 15, 1952 to Standford Hill and Ruby Jefferson. On February 12, 2018, the Lord sent his angel to call his child home to rest.

Gentle Lee united with the Mt. Olive Baptist Church at an early age. He united in marriage with Linda Harris on June 23, 1972. To this union one child was born. He was employed at International Paper Company in Camden until it closed. Gentle Lee loved to go fishing and hunting.

Gentle Lee is preceded in death by his parents, Standford Hill and Ruby Jefferson; Two brothers: Vernon Hill and Otis Rollins: One Sister: Mandie Sams.

He leaves to cherish his memory: A daughter, LaTina Hill McHenry of Camden, AR., A son, Stacy Johnson of Los Angles, CA., A sister, Brenda Stephens of Camden, AR. Three brothers, Jimmy Hill of Camden, AR., Henry Jones and John C. Jones of Winfield, LA. Four grandchildren, LeAnn Johnson, Aaron Johnson, and Xavier McHenry of Camden, AR., Lincoln Johnson of Los Angeles, CA. A loving and devoted friend, Betty Davis of Stephens, AR. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
