Camden
James Franklin Hall was born on September 15, 1946, in Camden, Arkansas to Robert Hall and Dorothy Torrence. He worked at several different occupations and was a jack-of-all-trades.
Affectionately call "Pretty Gold" and "Phil" by family and close friends, Phil had a knack for endearing people to him. His effusive personality was contagious and brought joy to those close to him.
Phil will be remembered for quick satirical wit, his ability to tell a tall tale, his zest for life and living life on his own terms. His loyalty to those of whom he called friends knew no bounds. His outspoken demeanor and character will be remembered by those that knew him well. For the lives that Phil touched, he will never be forgotten.
Phil was proceeded in death by this father Robert, his mother Dorothy and his sister Daisy (Hall) Fogle.
He is survived by his sisters; Dorthy(Hall) Culpepper, Wanda (Hall) Elliott, his nieces; Stephoney Fogle, Camisha Moss, Andrea Fogle, Brittany Fogle, Tamara Ellis and Bresha, his nephews; Sgt Stephone McCall, Mst. Sgt. Robert Fogle, Geoffrey Fogle, Marcus Fogle, special friends; Dorothy Hunter, and Georgia Irby, and a host of cousins and friends.
