Obituary

James Anthony Kirtz was born July 30, 1990, in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Anita Lee Roberson and Tommy L. Kirtz.  James is a graduate of Camden Fairview High School, Class of 2009.  James had a love for music, he along with a few childhood friends had a group in the city known as "OCT" Quette.  James Ray was a very good cook and shared his love to his friends when they came in to dine by coming out and talking with them, then he would prepare each dish with love and special touches.  Everyone loved James there at the Sandbar, and he loved them.

James loved his children, Ja'layeh and Jace dearly and they loved their daddy.  He loved spending time with them, laughing and playing around and joking.  James loved his family and friends and spending time; it was never a dull moment.  We all had the honor of being graced with his presence, his smile and laughter will truly be missed, his charming and loving way he loved on us all.  He will live on in the hearts of all that knew him.  James natural wit and humor could never be duplicated.  We will never forget his Spirit.

James passed away into the Lord's embrace on December 02, 2022.  He is preceded in death by his Big Momma, Mrs. Sylvia Cross; his grandmother, Mrs. Mary "Louise" Israel and Aunt Helen Ruth.

James leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Anita L. Roberson of Camden, Arkansas, his father Tommy L Kirtz of Colorado Springs, Colorado, his grandfather, James Albert Roberson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his children Ja'layeh Kirtz (Ashley) of Camden, Arkansas, his son, Jace Anthony Kirtz (Erica) of Camden Arkansas; two brothers, Tommy L. James has a bonus mom, Minister Aletha King, Aletha has been a part of James life for 17 plus years.  She has been his mother, counselor, friend, teacher, the list goes on and on.  Aletha loves James and his mother Anita as though they were her own.  Aletha life was also changed in this great loss of our loved one.  Her kindness, thoughtfulness and caring will always be remembered and dear to us.

A host of cousins, extended family members also share in cherishing his members as well as friends.
