Lloyd Henry Alexander was born March 3, 1950, he departed the life December 10, 2021 at Pine Hills Rehabilitation.

He was born to Henry and Classie Sams Alexander. His father preceded him in death. Lloyd loved outdoors, always building and working outside. He was a Master Craftsman for 59 years, well known for his skills. He was a Forman for the Ouachita River Bridge when it was built, worked for Southwestern Bell (now AT&T), Georgia Pacific in Crossett, Arkansas and many other jobs.

As I share his memory he believed in a job being descent and done correct. As a young man he attended Macedonia Baptist Church, a member of Brown Temple C.OG.I.C for many years, later years he joined Greater Love C.O.G.I.C where he served as Sunday School Superintendent, worked with Brotherhood Ministry, and song with the Male Choir.

Lloyd leaves 33 years of memories to his wife Doris Alexander, his mother Classie Cooper better known as Big Mama, two sons: Tychicus Alexander of Camden, Arkansas, Lloyd Alexander (Marissa) of San Bernardino, California, two daughters; Christie Smith of Camden, Arkansas, and Yolanda Alexander of San Bernardino, California, two granddaughters; Aleah and Alexis Alexander, grandmother; Betty Alexander  Edwards, two great grandsons of San Bernardino, California; one brother, Willie (Dianne) Alexander of Arlington, Texas, two sisters; Catheryn Cheeks and Gertha Browning of Camden, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by two brothers; Melvin Hansen and Autry Sams, two daughters; Rolisha Alexander and Valencia Alexander. As I close the chapter of Lloyd's Life he will be remembered for naming Tychicus Colossians 4:7. verse Ephesians 6:2;1 given to him reading the Bible..
