Ms. Mae Frances Livingston, the daughter of the late Sherman Livingston, Sr. and Bertha Price Livingston was born October 9, 1948, in Camden, Arkansas.  She departed this life on August 12, 2022, at the Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Arkansas.

Frances attended public school in Camden, Arkansas and graduated from Lafayette High School in 1966. After graduation, Frances relocated to California where she began a successful 25-year career as a Data Technician with Pacific Bell.  In 1967 Frances met the love of her life Walter Dixon Jr.  From this union, one son was born, Walter Dixon III.

Her passions included listening to the blues, driving fast sports cars (in her youthful days), serving as an avid member of the Snow Hill Baptist Church Mission, and providing rides to friends, family, elderly seniors, and needy individuals within her community.

She lives to cherish her memory her son, Walter Dixon III, grandson Jesse Cortez, and great-granddaughter Zuri Cortez. She will be missed immensely by her sister, Gloria Mayfield (William) of Grayson, Georgia and a host of other friends and family
