Melvin Richmon Mann was the son of Captain George Mann and Levonia Mann.He was born on December 20, 1943, and he fell asleep in death on October 27, 2022. Melvin was the youngest of 4 brothers and 1 sister. Harvey, Roosevelt, Harry, George, and Charlene. All of them preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School and an active member of Midway Hunting Club. He was survived by his wife Frankie C. Mann and his 4 Children. Sheria Sherman who has 2 Sons, Melvin L. Mann(Sherry) who has 4 children and 10 Grandchildren, George Mann(Takelia) who has 8 Children and 7 Grandchildren of Dallas, Texas, and Laclaire WIlliams(Rodell) 7 Children, 13 Grandchildren.
