Monica was born May 05, 1971, in Fordyce, Arkansas to Oscar Rayford and Earnestine Rayford of Camden, Arkansas.  She departed this life on Wednesday September 23 ^rd at her home in Camden, Arkansas.  She attended Fordyce High School and graduated in 1989.  She was employed at Silver Oaks Rehabilitation Center in Camden, Arkansas.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her Loving Parents Oscar Rayford, Sr., Fordyce, Arkansas and Earnestine Rayford of Camden, Arkansas, two brothers: Ethan Rayford of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Oscar Rayford, Jr. (Tammi) of Rogers, Arkansas, one sister: Veronica Rayford of Camden, Arkansas, one son: Jordan Rayford of Camden, Arkansas, one daughter, Chenay Jackson, Camden, Arkansas, two uncles: Rufus Johnson (Betty) of Marion, Iowa, and JR Strout of Rockford, Illinois, three aunts:  Alice Marie Fisher of Rockford, Illinois, Bernice Davis, Fordyce, Arkansas, and Mary Lawson (Thomas) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
